Mr. Jiang received his Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tsinghua University, the member of the 10th and 11th Issuance Examination Commission of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Mr Jiang is the executive partner of Grandway Law Offices and is also the core member of China Galaxy Securities Co, Ltd and Donghai Securities Co, Ltd. He serves as a part-time professor of the Business School in University of International Business and Economics, and is an independent director of Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd., among other director seats with companies.

Mr. Jiang is proficient in the legal business of securities issuance, company reform and establishment, mergers and acquisitions, asset reorganization, investment and finance. Since working in the industry, he has worked for Beixin Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Wuhu Port Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd., Guannong Fruit Mushroom Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Co., Ltd., Lianyungang Port Co., Ltd., and Cangzhou Mingzhu Restructuring. He has worked on the reorganization of dozens of companies, including Plastics Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yulong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Baoli Asphalt Co., Ltd., Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yongqiang Co., Ltd. among others. With his vast experience, Mr. Jiang provides valuable legal advice and services to corporations and businesses.
